Chief Enterprise Architect

Transform technology into strategic advantage as a Chief Enterprise Architect with GDIT. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of enterprise IT and driving innovation in the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct large teams of enterprise architects, systems engineers, business analysts, and network engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement enterprise architecture strategies, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and analytical support to the enterprise architecture team, integrating complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of DoD business transformation, processes, and organizational structure, as well as experience in developing briefings and responses to GAO, OMB, and executives.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the DoDAF, DoD Net-Centric and Data Strategies, DoD Information Assurance Guidance, and DoD Federation Strategy, with hands-on experience in Business Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Transition Plan, Service-Oriented Architecture, and Business Mission Area Federation Strategy and Roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Required Skillset:
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
    • 5-7 years of experience leading teams.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively, including attention to detail.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with clients.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certification(s):
    • DoD M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract.
    • IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.
  • Location: On Customer Site.
  • Additional:
    • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract.
    • Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e. plug in cables) and other moderately strenuous activity.
    • Travel may be required to support the mission.

Salary Range: $150,390 - $203,470

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
