Position: Chief Enterprise Architect – TS/SCI Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large teams comprising diverse functional and technical disciplines, including enterprise architects, systems engineers, business analysts, and network engineers.
  • Engage directly with senior executives to provide consultation, coaching, and strategic advice on enterprise architecture, business alignment, and technology solutions.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex issues and tasks, advocating for innovative ideas that align with operational goals.
  • Deliver technical and analytical guidance to the enterprise architecture team, translating intricate concepts into actionable plans. Direct high-level analysis, design, integration, documentation, and development of enterprise architecture.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of DoD business transformation processes, organizational structures, and experience in developing briefings and responses for government oversight and executive management.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of DoDAF, DoD Net-Centric and Data Strategies, Information Assurance Guidance, and Federation Strategy, with hands-on experience in Business Enterprise Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Essential Skills:
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
    • 5-7 years of experience in team leadership.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent customer service abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize commitments, and maintain attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certifications:
    • DoD M IAT Level II/8140 Computing Environment (CE) Certification is required prior to contract support.
    • IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Candidates must be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph for specific positions as required.
    • Position may involve physical activities such as lifting IT hardware and managing cables.
    • Travel may be necessary to fulfill mission requirements.

Salary Range: $150,390 - $203,470, based on experience and geographic location.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Travel Required: Less than 10%
