Energy Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Management Specialist to join our team at DöhlerGroup. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing energy consumption in our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate existing energy supply systems to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption and costs
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to develop and promote energy-efficient processes
- Monitor and analyze energy data, preparing reports and presentations for management
- Participate in projects to introduce new technologies and processes in the field of energy efficiency
Requirements
- Degree in environmental and energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable engineering science
- Relevant professional experience in energy management in a production company
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field of energy efficiency (ISO 50001)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
