Your Role

You will develop and implement strategies to optimize energy consumption in our production facilities.

You will analyze and evaluate existing energy supply systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

You will work with other headquarters functions and locations, especially production and maintenance, to develop and promote energy-efficient processes.

You will monitor and analyze energy data, prepare reports and presentations for management.

You will participate in projects to introduce new technologies and processes in the field of energy efficiency.

You will train employees in energy-efficient working methods.

Your Profile

You have a degree in environmental and energy management, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable engineering science.

You have relevant professional experience in energy management in a production company.

You have a good knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations in the field of energy efficiency (ISO 50001).

Ideally, you have experience in using energy management software.

You have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner.

You show initiative and work independently.

Your working language is German and English (spoken and written).
