Your Role

The part-time Business Support role within the Global Key Accounts (GKA) team provides essential administrative and project assistance. This role specifically supports the team managing the Unilever account across multiple product categories.

This exciting opportunity is based at our main hubs in EMEA, located in Holzminden (Germany) or Wageningen (Netherlands), and is limited until the end of June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Specification Management: Work with the regulatory department to manage Unilever's specifications across systems (Radar, MatSpec, ePLM). Track and prioritize specification processes.
  • E-PLM Project Support: Assist the GKA team in the ongoing E-PLM project.
  • Scorecards & RFQ Support: Aid in the compilation of scorecards, support pricing negotiations, and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Reporting: Generate monthly reports on sales, CPC, budgets, forecasts, and pricing for regional and global markets.
  • BOM Change Process: Oversee the Bill of Materials (BOM) change process.
  • Compliance & Incidents Lead: Lead global efforts on E-incidents and compliance, including IMS Flavors Germany.

Unilever Foods Specific Support

  • Customer Visits & Workshops: Organize and participate in customer visits, workshops, and tastings.
  • PACE Project Management: Manage PACE projects and enter sample orders.
  • Project Monitoring: Track customer projects to ensure quality and timeline expectations are met, and communicate results to sales teams.

About You

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of the food and flavors industry.
  • Proven experience with national/international accounts in sales, marketing, category management, regulatory, or customer service.
  • Experience working with global clients preferred.
  • Fluent in English (German is an additional plus).
  • Strong project management skills.
