EoT Labs is at the forefront of harnessing technology to build a global, borderless machine economy that benefits all humans. We're seeking an APAC Community Lead to spearhead our community strategy and operations in the Asia Pacific region.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on community growth and direction. As the APAC Community Lead, you will be responsible for moderating, engaging, nurturing, and educating the community on all things peaq and DePIN. We're looking for someone who is well-versed in Web3, creative, ambitious, organized, and has experience with and passion for building a community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy for the APAC region, aligning with peaq's goals.
  • Grow and engage the peaq APAC community.
  • Build and manage a team of community leads across the region, both internally and externally.
  • Establish community standards and guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and aligned community experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns and events that drive engagement.
  • Educate the community team and the community at large.
  • Develop and implement strategies for peaq's Discord, Telegram, WeChat, and other platforms in the APAC region.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key community members, influencers, and partners.
  • Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Communications teams to share critical information.
  • Establish systems for gathering, learning from, and implementing community feedback.
  • Monitor and measure community engagement, reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest developments in Web3.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in community management/leadership of Web3 projects.
  • Proven track record of leading communities of hundreds of thousands of people.
  • Strong familiarity with Web3, passionate about crypto and decentralization.
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
  • Great English communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Proven work experience in community management in APAC.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience launching and running an Ambassador Program.
  • Multilingual.
  • Public-facing social media profiles.
  • Deep understanding of DePIN.
