About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our portfolio company in Berlin, Germany. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You'll be responsible for facilitating and overseeing transactions on the marketplace, collaborating with buyers and suppliers, and staying informed about market trends and industry dynamics.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a talented team of professionals, contribute to the development of compliance protocols, and ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Italian skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
