Working Student Position

- Novocarbo GmbH seeks a highly motivated Working Student to join our People and Culture Team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor or master's degree with a focus on economics, human resources, or psychology, and prior experience in an administrative function, preferably in a People and Culture or Human Resources related role.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee data in our HRIS and Sharepoint, as well as administrative tasks such as contract management, confirmations, reference letters, and corresponding automations.
- They will also serve as the first contact for new employees, ensuring excellent knowledge transfer, top-notch training, and familiarity with all necessary company guidelines.
- The Working Student will take care of our People and Culture Inbox, delegating, prioritizing, and responding to employee requests in a timely manner, escalating matters accordingly and if necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in German and English, with any additional languages being a plus. They will also have a high IT-tool affinity, with experience in MS 365 and Notion.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to empathize with various internal and external stakeholders.
- They will have a data-driven and analytical mindset, quickly familiarizing themselves with new topics and identifying and solving problems.
- They will be a team player, motivated by sharing success and driving Novocarbo's growth.
