About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team at Contabo GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing critical projects that have a direct impact on our company's growth trajectory
  • Preparing high-quality presentations for key investor meetings, ensuring clarity and strategic focus
  • Providing the CEO with insights and recommendations that help steer important decisions across the business
  • Supporting the development of strategies that align with departmental goals and budgets
  • Analyzing data and presenting actionable insights to guide strategic and operational decisions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business consulting or a similar role
  • Strong experience in stakeholder and project management
  • Familiarity with big data (e.g. SQL, R, python)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments—ideally in a private equity-backed company
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Fluency in both German and English
