Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop efficient, testable, and reusable components using Java and Spring.
  2. Collaborate with Front-End Developers to develop backend-end applications.
  3. Manage projects and lead a small development team.
  4. Guide younger developers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
  5. Work with different stakeholders, including DevOps, React Team, and CEO.
  6. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
  7. Customize existing applications to fit specific requirements.
  8. Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
  9. Build microservice architectures with Spring Boot.
Requirements
  1. At least 7 years of experience as a Java-Spring Developer.
  2. Experience in distributed caching systems, such as Redis, and messaging systems, such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  3. Experience with web services development, including REST, SOAP, XML, and WSDL.
  4. Strong knowledge of object and data modeling.
  5. Familiarity with relational databases.
  6. Ability to write efficient, scalable, testable, and maintainable code for new features and system components.
