About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior JAVA Developer (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Senior JAVA Developer (m/w/d), you will be responsible for implementing performance-critical portal solutions as well as interfaces to downstream systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement performance-critical portal solutions and interfaces to downstream systems
  • Involved in the entire software life cycle, from requirements analysis to acceptance by the customer
  • Develop user-friendly web frontends and associated backend services
  • Contribute to the development of new architecture and design concepts
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in web application development
  • Experience in backend development with Java, ideally also with Kotlin or Scala
  • Experience in developing web front ends with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Good database knowledge, ideally with PostgreSQL
  • Experience in agile software development (Scrum) is desirable
  • Good knowledge of English
