Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Professor of Digital Communication Design to join our faculty at Technische Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and research in the field of digital communication design, with a focus on digital media and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the field of digital communication design in research and teaching
  • Develop and teach courses in digital media, motion design, and interaction design
  • Supervise student projects, theses, and presentations
  • Contribute to the development of interdisciplinary projects and courses
  • Network and establish collaborations within and outside the university
Requirements
  • PhD in a relevant field
  • Outstanding skills in digital media, print, web design, and/or motion design
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary manner
