We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative and international Data & Insights team at Oetker Digital GmbH, based in Berlin. By understanding the data needs of our stakeholders, you'll provide valuable insights and clear recommendations to support our data-driven decision-making process.

Your Role

  • Dive into complex marketing data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive key business decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on the strategy and growth of our group companies.
  • Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that embraces the latest technologies and methodologies. We believe in continuous learning and innovation.
  • Partner closely with team members and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives.
  • Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes.
  • Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision-making.

About You

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context, preferably in Consulting.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • You are proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling.
  • You have experiences with Marketing Data and Analytics, as well as Retail Media and Customer Analytics.
  • You are familiar with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery.
  • You have strong abilities in generating reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • You have a proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • You have a passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact.
  • You are fluent in German and English.

  • A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
