About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at TenneT. As a key member of our Large Projects Offshore unit, you will play a critical role in the development and realization of our offshore grid projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead a team of project leads and site managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and suppliers.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications: IPMA B (or comparable) certification or willingness to obtain.
