About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Siemens Industry Software GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial expertise to support business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the organization in project execution, including contract management and financial planning.
  • Manage commercial and financial matters, including accounting, legal, tax, and foreign exchange.
  • Ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations, as well as overall project financials.
  • Support monthly project forecasting and conduct follow-ups on project results.
  • Collaborate with project management to provide monthly project reporting.
  • Manage revenue recognition, contractual invoicing, and cash collection.
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting tasks, supporting business management.
  • Prepare project reports and analyses.
  • Ensure alignment of financial activities with internal control systems and participate in internal and external audits.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance management.
  • Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (Master's degree preferred).
  • CPM (Commercial Project Manager) Certification – preferred.
  • Experience with Hyperion, Essbase/SmartView, SAP, and Business Objects will be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Business English and German.
  • Excellent professional knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
  • Relationship management skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a critical approach.
  • High degree of self-initiative with the ability to learn, handle uncertainties, and undertake new challenges.
  • Experience in digitalization and innovation development.
  • Familiar with financial controlling concepts, terminology, systems, procedures, tools, and practices.
