Deine Rolle:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Controller (m/w/d) für unser Controlling-Team in Köln. Als Finance Business Partner fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Finance und den weiteren Shared Service Units (HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing).

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung von Budgets und Forecasts sowie das monatliche Reporting
  • Anfertigung von Projektbewertungen- und Vertriebsanalysen
  • Schnittstelle zu den weiteren Shared Service Units (HR, IT, Accounting, Marketing)
  • Einführung neuer Systeme (BI, CRM, Finance, ERP)
  • Mitwirkung bei M&A Aktivitäten, Onboarding neuer Gesellschaften inkl. der Umsetzung von Gruppenstandards
Unsere Anforderungen:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling/Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Gute HGB Kenntnisse, IFRS von Vorteil
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling vorzugsweise in einer internationalen mittelständischen Unternehmensgruppe
  • IT-Affinität, sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere MS Excel, ERP- und BI- Systemen sowie der Fähigkeit, Analysen graphisch aufzubereiten
  • Begabung, Geschäftsprozesse zu verstehen und Vorschläge zur Optimierung zu erarbeiten
  • Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit und Hands-On Mentalität
