Project Management Assistant for Alternatives Department

We are seeking a Project Management Assistant to support our Alternatives department. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating and dealing with the requirements of our e-teams and ensuring that our business priorities are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have first relevant professional experience as a Team Assistant or equivalent role, be adaptable to change, and possess strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. They will also have the capacity to manage priorities and deadlines with a sense of initiative, an innovative mindset, and strong IT proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Key responsibilities of the Project Management Assistant will include:

  • Providing assistance in terms of planning, finance reporting, and time checks
  • Collecting and processing relevant information for our audit and assurance teams
  • Supporting communication, internal procedures, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Monitoring and managing the mailbox and taking actions accordingly
