Job Title: Specialist Project Portfolio Management

Cargolux Airlines International SA is seeking a highly skilled Specialist Project Portfolio Management to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and reliable project portfolio and IT resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and project capacity to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Analyze data related to project performance, resource allocation, and financial metrics in Monday.com to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to summarize portfolio status, risks, and trends.
  • Collaborate with the Director EPMO to assess projects and propose implementation strategies.
  • Provide support to EPMO team members in day-to-day tasks and regular reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience managing projects or programs with a track-record of success.
  • Experience supporting and managing cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide business judgment and think strategically.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with autonomy and extended experience operating Monday.com.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; further languages (French and/or German) are considered an asset.
  • Proficient use of MS Office tools.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
  • Certificate of good conduct required in case of positive selection.
