Job Summary

We're seeking a Community Associate to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our community, you'll support the growth and operations of our locations. Your responsibilities will include front desk logistics, office management, and community engagement. You'll work closely with our Senior Community Manager and be an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Monitor the front desk during operation hours
  • Manage office operations, including maintenance, mailing, and supplies
  • Organize community events and activities
  • Solve member-related issues and ensure a smooth operation
  • Assist with building operations and maintenance
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or project management
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • High level of English and German proficiency
Critical Competencies
  • Customer-centric and a people person
  • Practical, fast thinker, and delivers results
  • Multi-tasking and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem
