Electrical Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our R&D team in Itzehoe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of electrical and automation projects for our SIHI dry and Boost products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead a global team responsible for all automation and electrical projects.
• Develop and implement software and firmware for SIHI dry and Boost control technology in collaboration with the product manager and engineering manager.
• Lead the electrical design and qualification of components as part of product development.
• Create project-relevant documentation, including service documentation, training documentation, and work instructions.
• Ensure support for operational functions, including order engineering, commercial operations, quality, supply chain, production, assembly, and service.
• Apply international standards and regulations to electrical and software developments.
• Develop design FMEAs and risk analysis.

Your Profile:

• Higher education in electronics, automation technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in developing PLC controls with Codesys, microcontroller solutions, and fieldbus topology.
• Advanced knowledge in creating wiring diagrams and E-plan.
• Advanced knowledge of drive technology, including soft starters and VFDs.
• Proficient use of MS Office and SAP.
• Good German and English written and spoken skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and personal responsibility skills.
• Ability to coordinate development projects between the PE team, GTECs, and external resources.
• Open-minded and committed mindset with a desire for change and design.
