Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our R&D team in Itzehoe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electrical systems for our SIHI dry and Boost products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead a global team responsible for automation and electrical projects
  • Develop and implement software and firmware for SIHI dry and Boost control technology
  • Lead the electrical design and qualification of components
  • Create project-relevant documentation, including service documentation and training materials
  • Ensure support for operational functions, including order engineering and commercial operations
  • Apply international standards and regulations in electrical and software developments
  • Conduct design FMEAs and risk analysis

Your Profile:

  • Higher education in electronics, automation technology, or a related field
  • Experience in PLC control development with Codesys and microcontroller solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of wiring diagrams and E-plan
  • Knowledge of drive technology, including soft starters and VFDs
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
