Job Title: IT Application Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to join our team at ATOSS Software AG. As a key member of our business-minded team, you will be responsible for implementing projects and further developing different business applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a collaborative environment to implement projects and develop business applications, including Travel Management System (SAP Concur), Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP byDesign), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce), Human Capital Management (SAP SuccessFactors), JIRA/Confluence, MS365, MSOffice365, and MS Sharepoint.
  • Define business processes and evaluate best practices for conducting business process analyses.
  • Develop roadmaps for the team of project managers and support internal and external stakeholders.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent team and interpersonal skills, including superior ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Clear, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with business processes in the field of different business applications (JIRA, Salesforce, SAP) and with 2nd Level Support.
  • Profound understanding of business processes and agile project management.
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Good decision-making skills, with the ability to take calculated risks and act on own thoughts and experience to overcome obstacles and generate positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrates confidence and promotes a positive working environment.
  • Very good German and English skills (spoken and written).
