Job Title: Global Compliance Specialist - Strategic Risk Manager
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bad Vilbel, Germany. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for managing and steering aspects of our Global Compliance Management Program. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee selected operations within the Compliance Program, encompassing risk assessment, monitoring, policies, and training initiatives.
Execute or support Sanctions and other compliance-related initiatives, including performing sanctions screening of counterparties and supporting internal Compliance reviews.
Coordinate comprehensive communication and training needs, defining and delivering tailored packages, campaigns, and curricula to improve compliance awareness and adherence across the organization.
Drive the digitalization within the Compliance area, refining processes through the integration of data-driven analytics, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of advanced tools and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma or Master's degree in Business Administration, Legal, or a similar educational background.
2-3 years of experience in a global professional or corporate environment, specifically in the area of Compliance Program and Sanctions, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of global compliance regulations and trends.
Excellent project management and process design skills.
Fluency in German and English.
Exposure to an international environment in daily business and/or experience in working abroad.
