IT Infrastructure Specialist

At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a skilled IT Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our professional solutions team, you will be responsible for implementing IT projects, providing user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing IT projects, including user support and training
  • Refueling hardware with various software and issuing or setting it up for users
  • Checking and recording inventory data from delivered notebooks
  • Assembly and disassembly of hardware components
  • Support in setting up access points
  • Careful documentation of work carried out
  • Error analysis and rectification of initial solutions through on-site support

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system technology, system integration, IT clerk, or a comparable qualification with good user knowledge in IT technology
  • Experience in the implementation of roll-outs and installations
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Strong hands-on mentality and a valid driver's license (B/BE)
  • Goal-oriented way of working as well as solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking
