About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Airport Project Manager at STRABAG Großprojekte GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects at airports in Bavaria, ensuring timely completion, and meeting the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects at airports, working closely with project leaders and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing measures to optimize project profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the aviation or infrastructure sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
