About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at CIRCET Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction projects in the FTTH sector, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Contract Management: Monitor contract implementation, ensure compliance with VOB guidelines, and maintain accurate records of services and measurements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain project documentation, including construction logs and project reports, and communicate effectively with subcontractors, authorities, and clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead multiple teams in various trades, ensuring quality control, safety, and efficient project execution.
  • Financial Management: Independently manage project finances, including invoicing and cost calculation, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent qualifications, or completed training as a site manager or construction worker with relevant experience.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in construction management or team leadership, knowledge of performance billing, budget management, and personnel management, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
