Position: Construction Site Manager - Electrical Engineering

As a key player in our construction projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the activities on the construction site. Your role will include:

  • Managing and coordinating all site operations effectively
  • Engaging in negotiations with specialized engineers and subcontractors to ensure project success
  • Utilizing LEAN methodologies to enhance efficiency throughout the construction process
  • Leading the technical team on-site while integrating BIM techniques for Electrical Engineering (ELT)
  • Conducting cost estimations and reviewing plans for various construction projects

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent professional experience in the construction sector, with several years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in billing and cost estimation software
  • A strong ability to work independently and conceptually, along with excellent negotiation skills
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to contribute expertise to dynamic teams
