Elektrische Energiespeicher sind eine Schlüsselkomponente in modernen Elektro- und Hybridfahrzeugen. Ihre Leistungsfähigkeit beeinflusst maßgeblich die elektrische Reichweite sowie die mögliche Dynamik des Fahrzeuges. Die Entwicklung und Optimierung dieser Schlüsselkomponente ist Aufgabe unserer Abteilung. Kerngebiet ist die Konzept- und Serienentwicklung der einzelnen Komponenten der Hochvoltspeicherstruktur, die Gestaltung des Gesamtaufbaus sowie die Integration ins Fahrzeug.

Was erwartet dich?
  • Deine Aufgabe liegt in der Fachabteilung der Konzepte, geometrische Integration Hochvoltspeicher Gen6.
  • Es soll das Verhalten des Strukturschaumes z.B. mittels DSC-Analyse (Dynamische Differenzkalorimetrie Analyse) in Bezug auf den Tg an der Grenzfläche zu verschiedenen Fügepartnern während Beständigkeitsprüfungen (z.B. Klimawechseltest, Konstantklimatest, ...) untersucht werden.
  • Weitere Prüfmethoden zur Charakterisierung der Schaum- und Grenflächeneigenschaften wie IR-Spektroskopie und sonstige thermische Analysen wie TGA, DTMA, ... können ergänzend eingesetzt werden.
  • Es sollen Einflussgrößen wie z.B. Schaumrezepturen, Verarbeitungsparameter des Strukturschaumes, Prozesstemperaturen, Profile der Beständigkeitsprüfungen,... überprüft werden.
  • Ermittlung der Haftungseigenschaften des Strukturschaumes zu verschiedenen Fügepartnern nach den Beständigkeitsprüfungen.

Was bringst du mit?
  • Studium im Bereich der Materialwissenschaft und Werkstofftechnik, Kunststofftechnik, Chemieingenieur bzw. Chemical Engineering oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang.
  • Spaß an der Arbeit auf dem Gebiet der Elektromobilität.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Kenntnisse in Programmen zur Versuchsplanung.
  • Erste Erfahrungen beim Bearbeiten von technischen Fragestellungen.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich der Schäum- und Klebetechnik.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
