Senior Engineer for High-Voltage Energy Storage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-voltage energy storage management functions for next-generation hybrid and electric vehicles.
  • Create and refine battery management concepts and strategies.
  • Model and simulate functions using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Integrate and test developed functions and applications.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
  • Work with the validation team to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed functions in various environments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in battery management and high-voltage energy storage systems.
  • Experience in developing and integrating vehicle technology components is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Prior experience working with OEMs in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of motivation and excellent communication skills.
