Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise AI Solutions Associate, you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic issues. Your tasks will include:

  • Working directly with our customers to understand their goals, needs, and use cases
  • Connecting with leading software providers and expanding our partner network
  • Planning and monitoring progress, following up with partners, and ensuring timely execution of all tasks required to ensure our clients' success
  • Collaborating with Softwaregini's product team to improve and evolve our product
  • Managing your own projects in various areas
Requirements

You are resilient, creative, and reliable. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:

  • A pursued degree in business administration, business informatics, or similar
  • First professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager, or customer success manager in the IT industry
  • A great deal of self-confidence, empathy, and sensitivity in dealing with others
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
  • A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS
  • A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decision-making problems
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
