Job Description

EURHASI is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand its customer base in the mechanical clamping tools and bearings market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Research and identify new sales leads, developing and implementing effective sales plans to convert leads into customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the mechanical clamping tools and bearings industry, preferably with distributors and OEMs.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French a plus.
  • Residency in Germany or Austria.
