Job Description

EURHASI is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand its customer base in the mechanical clamping tools and bearings market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the mechanical clamping tools and bearings industry
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English, with French a plus
