EURHASI is a leading manufacturer and reseller of high-quality mechanical clamping tools and bearings.
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth for our Collets and Toolholders product line.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Sales Contacts
- Research Customer Needs and Develop Effective Solutions
- Generate Statistical Reports and Analyze Sales Data
- Follow Up on Sales Leads and Make Calls on Potential Customers
- Determine Market Strategies and Goals for Each Product and Service
- Obtain and Coordinate Data and Information from Staff and Member Groups
- Be Self-Sufficient and Independent in Scheduling
- Research and Develop Lists of Potential Customers
- Determine Customer Needs and Provide Information to Other Staff
- Evaluate Product and Service Marketability in Terms of Customers' Technical and Manufacturing Needs
- Maintain an Up-to-Date Understanding of Industry Trends and Technical Developments
- Establish and Maintain Industry Contacts that Lead to Sales
- Work Directly with Customers to Establish a Communication Path
- Develop Sales and Marketing Proposals for Customers on Technical Products and Services
- Develop Technical Presentations and Workshops
- Maintain Up-to-Date Awareness of Activities, Industry Trends, and Government Regulations
- Make Regular Sales Calls to Develop Relationships and Follow Up on Leads
- Establish Long-Term, Ongoing, and Repeat Relationships
- Closing Deals and Finalizing Contracts
- Maintain an Up-to-Date Working Knowledge of Newly Developing Technologies and Manufacturing Practices
- Fluency in German and English
- French is a Plus
- Mechanical Engineering Degree Preferred
- Reside in Germany or Austria
- Industrial Background, Preferably in Machine Tools, Modular Tools Cutter Grinders, and Tool Grinding
- Sales Experience with Distributors and OEMs
