Pacific International Executive Search is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Quality Systems. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic, analytical, and problem-solving leader to join a renowned pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company's Quality Systems comply with customer needs, company standards, and global regulations, guaranteeing GxP compliance.
  • Promote the digitalization of the company's Quality Management Systems through harmonization across manufacturing sites and corporate operations.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of global Quality Management Systems (gQMS) for the company, working with international stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of Quality Managers, focusing on business processes such as documentation, training, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of gQMS, ensuring alignment and standardization across all company sites.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of senior management experience in the Quality Unit of the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Expertise in leading Quality System implementation and management, with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Skilled in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and managing projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Experienced in matrix organizations, with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills for global team management.
  • Holds an advanced degree in a relevant science field and is proficient in English, with knowledge of additional languages being beneficial.
