Director of Quality Assurance

STABL Energy is seeking a skilled and motivated Director of Quality Assurance (m/f/d) to lead our quality initiatives and ensure excellence in our products and processes. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our quality strategy while collaborating closely with our engineering and operations teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Quality Assurance, your main tasks will include:
- Defining and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy to uphold the highest standards within the organization.
- Building strong partnerships with engineering and operations teams to promote a culture of collaboration and quality excellence.
- Establishing and refining quality assurance processes aimed at continuous improvement and product excellence.
- Creating a robust metrics system to track and drive measurable improvements in quality.
- Applying statistical analysis to assess key quality data and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Working with engineering teams to identify critical-to-quality parameters for new product development and manufacturing processes.
- Staying informed about the latest trends in quality management and integrating best practices into our operations.
- Engaging in cross-functional discussions, providing data-driven insights to support key business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong peer leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience in quality management in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the energy storage, lithium batteries, or renewable energy sectors.
- Expertise in establishing quality assurance processes and leading continuous improvement efforts.
- Fluency in both English and German.
