Solar Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BELECTRIC GmbH. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our EPC Solar, Battery & Agri PV projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality.
- Conduct site visits to assess construction feasibility, monitor progress, and review works against quality and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate site acceptance, commissioning, and performance tests.
- Represent BELECTRIC with key stakeholders, including clients, ICPs, DNOs, subcontractors, landowners, OEMs, and technical advisors.
- Manage key project resources, including the engineering team, on-site quality managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure the highest HSQE standards are maintained.
- Support the preparation of project tender information and prepare subcontractor or supplier specifications and scope of work for contracting.
- Prepare progress reports and take ownership of project budget reporting.
- Identify and escalate any risks to budget, program, or quality to the Head of Project Management.
- Develop best-in-class strategies, processes, and teams to deliver Floating Agri PV and Battery projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in similar project or construction management roles.
- Advanced knowledge and application of Project Management Methods and Processes.
- Experience in the field of Renewable & Traditional EPC projects.
- Good knowledge of finance and ability to act with limited supervision in the processing of finance-related information and good contract management.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office products, especially MS Project.
- Very good English skills, written and spoken, are required, with a good level of German a plus.
- Self-driven, focused, results-oriented, and quality-focused, with good presentation and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
