Renewable Energy Project Manager

We are Uniper, a leading energy company transforming the world of energy while ensuring security of supply. Our Renewables team in Germany is looking for a skilled professional to manage large-scale solar projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams and coordinate activities to execute assigned projects.
  • Develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, focusing on scope, finances, schedule, and HSSEQ.
  • Implement digital systems and modern technologies to efficiently manage the construction and project management lifecycle.
  • Actively promote a safe working culture.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale solar projects.
  • Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical concepts.
  • Experience managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
