Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Breast and Skeletal Health business unit in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and market share for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share in the DACH region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products and ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgets, forecast marketing needs, and measure ROI to ensure fiscal responsibility and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to build and leverage relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Considerable marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the DACH region.
