Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. This is a permanent position with a 30-day annual leave entitlement.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with managers across various departments to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless operational efficiency. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Talent Management: Foster a learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation among team members.
  • Operational Support: Provide subject-matter expertise to support managers in navigating changing processes and developments.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee experience, leading to increased job satisfaction and retention.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in German and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field would be highly advantageous.
