We're a hyper-scale startup revolutionizing the gig economy by enabling freelancers to team up and compete for large projects. Our SaaS platform connects Vicos - virtual companies formed by freelancers - with clients, facilitating collaboration and project execution.
Since our launch last year, we've worked with renowned clients like Netflix, Smart, Samsung, Tupperware, Becton Dickinson, HDI, and Colliers. We've gained recognition from Forbes and Forrester as the leading marketplace for freelance teams.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an ambitious business development intern to help our team meet the increasing demand, which has been growing by 20% month-over-month. As an intern, you'll work closely with our CEO and Head of Business Development to develop action plans and execute them.
- You will create innovative strategies to attract top talent and clients, experimenting with various tools and technologies.
- Support identifying and building high-pace marketing channels.
- Optimize our CRM system, including dashboards and data quality.
- Create marketing materials, such as pitch decks, and respond to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) or Requests For Information (RFIs).
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong track record of working in fast-paced environments, preferably in entrepreneurship, startups, company building, or management consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- An affinity for digital tools and creative problem-solving.
- The ability to grasp complexity quickly and focus on key issues.
