About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Product Owner to lead the development and management of our technology team within Adaire Technology Services GmbH.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain Java-based products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a high-performing technology team
  • Oversee the lifecycle of projects from initiation to close-out
  • Ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience creating and running a technology team
  • Fully fluent in English and German (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • 10+ years of project management experience in software development
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification a bonus
