Overview

Adaire Technology Services GmbH is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to establish and lead a new Technology division aimed at supporting our esteemed clients.

The successful candidate will be an innovative thinker, adept at collaborating with diverse teams to conceptualize, develop, and maintain Java-based solutions. You should be comfortable in a leadership role, driving new initiatives and projects while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

This full-time, on-site position requires a Senior Project Owner fluent in both English and German. In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture a high-performing team.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring objectives are achieved efficiently and within budget.
  • Manage project teams while cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to align expectations and drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in establishing and leading a technology team.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Over 10 years of experience in project management within software development.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of guiding and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in multicultural environments and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is advantageous.
