Your Responsibilities- You will plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns (email & app marketing) that drive results
- You will assist in optimizing our overall CRM activities to maximize their impact
- You will analyze and monitor the performance of CRM activities, set up new reports, and identify areas for improvement
- You will support the coordination between other marketing channels, art direction, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience
- You will validate and optimize processes in collaboration with other teams to streamline operations
- You are a student in business administration or a related field, currently completing an internship as part of your studies
- You have a strong sense of responsibility for the quality of your work and a proactive approach to finding practical solutions
- You possess analytical and process-oriented skills, with a keen attention to detail
- You are comfortable managing multiple campaigns and projects with creativity and organization
- You have experience with MS Excel and are proficient in using various tools and software
- You are passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce, with a strong interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
