Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator with expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns and automation. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, working with CRM platforms like Braze, and developing automation flows.

The successful applicant will be responsible for setting up and coordinating CRM campaigns, adapting content for diverse markets, and creating templates. Additionally, they will use AI solutions for content creation, reporting, and customer insights. A foundational understanding of CRM tools and excellent English skills are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a working student or intern with a degree in marketing/communications, international marketing, business, management, or a similar field. Previous experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should possess:

Compensation

The compensation package includes a competitive salary based on the location and industry standards. For this role, we estimate an hourly wage of €13.00.
