About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bott. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training
  • Desirable: previous sales experience
  • Reliability, independence, convincing presence, and enthusiasm for customer contact
  • Residence in the sales area
