Commercial and Legal Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at MTR Legal Rechtsanwälte. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Proactively identify potential clients and establish initial contact to explore business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Proposal and Contract Management: Lead the development of proposals and contracts to secure new business and ensure smooth project execution.
Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize internal sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Tools and Technology: Implement and maintain sales tools and technology to support client management and relationship-building.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our attorney team and other departments to ensure seamless support and communication.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Commercial Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal industry and its challenges is an asset.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
CRM and Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools to manage client relationships and sales processes.
Self-Motivation and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support colleagues.
