Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our team at intecplan. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Oversee the planning and execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful completion of electrical engineering projects

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering project management
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
