Your RoleAs an Associate Vendor Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Business Operations Team in creating proposals for NTT Services using manufacturer tools. This includes both the calculation phase and information gathering and contract management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the update of existing supplier contracts and negotiate service agreements with providers.
- Analyze provider performance compared to the contract and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and verify service levels to ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations and performance targets.
- Collaborate with the commercial team and contract management team to process contract renewals and manage the contract termination schedule.
- Act as a point of escalation for disputes with providers, coordinating with customers and providers to resolve issues and ensure continuous service delivery in accordance with SLAs.
- Participate in the implementation of products and services from new or existing suppliers, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, as well as knowledge of Cisco CCW-R and CSHUB and SAP ERP (MM/VA/SD – O2C).
- Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of business requirements and expectations.
- Proficiency in online tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in German and good English skills.
