We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our investment and corporate banking team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage appointments and travel arrangements for the team
- Coordinate expense reports and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with international branches to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Support client and recruiting events, as well as internal events
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Perform various office management tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Proven experience as an Assistant in a similar environment (finance or consulting industry)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Independent, fast, and structured work style
- Strong communication skills and experience in an international environment
