We are seeking an experienced AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST to join our team at ProfessionLX, Ltd. This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

About the Role

  • This position provides AV Production and Editing (AP/E) services to support international learning courses and events at the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch, Germany.
  • The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience performing as a Technical Director for live events using various video and audio hardware and software.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver a full spectrum of AV Operational Support Services, ensuring flawless execution and functionality of AV equipment for various events and activities.
  2. Install, set up, and reconfigure AV system cabling, ensuring all AV resources are tested and ready 30 minutes prior to each event.
  3. Collaborate with the AV technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  4. Operate key AV hardware such as cameras, audio systems, and VTC systems under the guidance of producers during live events.
  5. Create and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with AV systems.
